Yes, one week and two weekends 🤨🍖🥘🍿🥞🥖🍗🥐🌮🍟🍰🎂🍜🍝🍛🍦🍫🍧🍤🙀 I did enjoyed though haha, I am back on track with black coffee and most of my food from wholesome ones , I need to clean my gut 😛🍉🍊🍌🍅🍓🥑🥦🥒🍏

This has been my longest diet-free time this year, I know that I didn't gained 6 pounds of fat , but it still affects me a little 🤔🙁

I am glad my birthday is just once a year haha, at home we don't celebrate Halloween ,Thanksgiving is just one day ,and Christmas is a week of celebration, I am working really hard on the "mindfully eating thing"
I believe that we can not stop enjoying life , but mindfully eating is very important in our new lifestyle. 😀
