Started running again this week plus I haven’t drunk any alcohol all week which has no doubt helped to accelerate my weight loss.
Really pleased with the results 🏃‍♀️😁🏃‍♀️
80.7 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
