lol again only ounces. but it seems steady so I'm good. Hit my goal of 50 pounds with the squats yesterday. Been so busy haven't been to the gym all week, finally made it in there Saturday. hoping to get to gym more this week.
130.5 kg Lost so far: 26.6 kg.    Still to go: 39.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
