Well, I still feel bloated, but the weight is going in the right direction. Clothes are feeling looser as well. I have been thinking about my cruise and not fearing it at all, mostly because of the amazing choices available. It has been so many years since I have indulged in non fruit or non WW desserts, that skipping that and opting for fruit or a sugar free ice cream is no problem.
