Wow,I strayed big time last night. After my wife bought me some cake for my birthday, I was dropped off at the airport. I was not going to eat but then...boom. I got the urge to splurge so I had some McD's. Yes, I fell of the wagon but it was only once. Anyway, now I am in London and i have to stay on the diet. The good news is that there is a scale in the room. The Bad news is that it is not digital so I can't be as precise as the one at home. I have to scope out what is available so I can make sure to stick to my diet and not fall off the wagon.
The room I received is nice..it better be as I am in London for 2 weeks on a work assignment. The WIFI is spotty but it will do. Gotta keep losing that weight...

I found the odd splurge doesn't really hurt but having to eat in resturants for the next two weeks could be a challenge.

Yeah, I just have to make sure that whatever I eat doesnt have the starch carbs...(bread, pasta, rice). Those foods cause me to gain weight..

I have multiple food allergies and I always find restaurants are great at preparing specialty meals - I order a salad (allergic to commercial dressing) a side of veggies and my meat! I always have a salad and a side of veggies so that I am sure to be full - less chance of binging when you are full! You can do it!!

Thank you Krysty. Yeah, I should have grabbed a salad but I was feeling naughty. Anyway, I am in London now and trying to stay within my prescribed regimen is hard but I have to keep going.
