Yeh!!!!!Today I weighed myself, finished detox and I am happy to say that I lost 8 pounds. So ladies who are on the Fat Smash diet hang in there it really works. I am going to do the detox for another nine days and see what happens since I am enjoying my vegies and fruits and beans I think I am ok not eating meat for another ten days. 18 pounds to go.
