午餐:炒青江菜/炒蕃茄半顆/炒茭白筍杏鮑菇/煎雞胸肉1塊/🍳1顆
晚餐:炸檸檬雞腿排/炒空心菜/炒西芹/香蕉2/3根/煎蛋1顆
