Emmm, bru fokus semingguan yah maem clean food terus ama latihan beban jugah..simple aja pke dumble dirumah yg penting rutin 😀

Restianaria, aq fokusx ke pantat, perut ama lengan jd aq googling latihan yg bs dilakukan drumah dg dumble, NengMila, dumblex warisan leluhur 😀, semisal g ada bs pke air mineral 600ml atau 1 liter
