If I don't change my ways I will be weighing around this number forever!!!!!!!!!!!-it's been over a month, and I have no excuses other than temptation and self sabatage. I agree with -Information- YOU will do it! We all have different reasons for when is the right time....For me-I couldn't live one more day not loving myself, And I needed to change. It will come don't give up! Have a good weekend too!
