Hari ini kurang makq werat dan protein... ketemunya karbo lagi... karbo lagi....:(

Ka, misalnya kita masih di kalori deficit, tpi karbohidrat udh ngelewatin batas 160gr harusnya 150gr tapi protein & lemak masih mencukupi,, apa sama aja bikin naik/ ttp turun?

@repa... yg penting kalori defisit gpp.... trs proteinnya 0,8 smp 1 x bb, 60 % akg km karbo selebihnya lemak.... banyakin sayur, buah sama gerak... pasti bb turun... Btw... tb sama bb km sekarang brp?
