早餐:巧克力餅乾1個(100卡)/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)1/2杯
午餐:Costco吉拿棒、牛肉捲1/4條
下午茶:新興梨1/2顆
晚餐:大魯閣草衙道壽喜燒(牛肉跟蔬菜吃到飽、檸檬紅茶1.5杯、抹茶冰淇淋風1顆)
