Average daily protein 93.94g - daily goal met.
Average daily calories 1397 +181 from last week but right at RDI
Net calorie deficit as per FatSecret 4560 -1204 from last week

Average daily weight 168.57 +1.07 from last week but still down -.33 from the week before last. I was tempted to be discouraged to not see another drop for average daily weight this week but last week was a weird week due to the stomach thing and hormonal stuff. I have noticed that I weigh more on days after lifting weights or doing yoga. Those are also days I experience soreness. I am curious if this is because I don't drink enough water or it just would happen anyway. While I didn't make too much progress this week, I am going to stay the course and see what happens. I think I inadvertently changed stuff more than expected by adding in more weight training and yoga so I am going to keep calories and protein where they are. I feel pretty good and my knuckles look lean and mean so I think patience is in order.
