Setelah 5 hari diet berantakan, makan seenak nya, gak olahraga.. Gara2 lagi red days naik 1/2 kg 😂✌Mulai besok back on track lagi ya.. Jangan kasih kendor 😂😂
59.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
