I see results finally. What am I doing now? I am eating egg whites, turkey, vegetables for volume, weighing out portions, using olive oil spray. I am logging my weight, my food consistently, and menu planning up to 1 1/2 week ahead. (So that I always have the Correct foods in my refrigerator) I am lightly doing weight training 3 x per week. (Plus biking, walking in parks, gardening, and just being physically active. I am calculating my BMR + activity level and aiming to stay within my calorie intake level. (So that I do not under-eat or over-eat accidentally) I am being consistent.
