After my motorbike accident, after being movement restricted and unable to walk properly for months, picking up weight happened very easily. This is no longer an excuse and I must take control of my life!
97 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
