After blowing it all weekend on our camping trip, I'm suprised to have not gone up. I certainly didn't expect to go down!

Back on the wagon.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
