Vou entrar no JI acompanhada por minha amiga nutricionista 👊🏻 fizemos a biopedancia, minhas calorias diárias necessárias são +-1650, vou chegar a 1100 calorias diárias. Já já chega minha jantinha: Salada Caesar! 🍃🤤
