Well it feels a bit embarrassing but it seems I've gone up about 3 pounds. But maybe I was always at 144 and never at 141. I just started today to use a new scale, a more accurate one. This one says I weigh 144.4.

I was weighing 148 around a week and a half ago so I guess I should be happy that I am down those 3 pounds and have 16 to go.

Also I threw my back last Sunday so I haven't been able to do as much exercise. I've only done exercise twice this past week.

BUT I am not gonna cheat I am gonna face the facts and beat these 20 pounds!

65.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
