My typical daily diet, not too typical* but here is an average:
Breakfast: Apple, Banana, Orange, Carrot, 2 - Nature Valley Bars = 572 Calories
Lunch: 1 - Costco Burrito or 1 - Costco Jimmie Deans Sandwich, 1 Bar = 390 Calories (high side, Jimmie Deans = 260 Calories)
Dinner: Costco Chicken Pot Pie, 1 Bar = 710 Calories
Daily intake on this diet = 1672
*Additionally I may add 3 - 6 pieces of cake or whatever plain sugar @ 400 Calories each just because I did not count any of this before today! My god that could be my whole RDI!!! without eating anything else food...eye opener, YIKES. Time to stop that!
