I had a baby shower Sat and spurgged but not too much. Ate a bunch of bbbq chickent, about 3 legs a teaspoon of beef ,but alot of bbq sauce. about 3 tsp of potatoe salad and 3 table sppons of bbq beans and about 1/2 slice of cake.
My stress level was us with the prep of the shower and my boyfriend who was giving me a hard time. When I weighed in Sat morn I weighed 137.? Which was great, but the stress of Sat and not enough sleep got be back up to 138.4, stil better than the last time I weighted in though.
I'm back on a low carb for the week!
