It's been a rough week or so. I haven't intentionally exercised in almost 10 days. (I've been doing lots of digging in the yard with the new drainage pipes we're installing, but I don't count that, really.) Between being sick, the girls being sick and keeping me up all night, and now this weird abdominal pain, I'm just not getting it done. I'm going to see the doctor today if this pain doesn't go away. Something is definitely wrong.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
