Meanwhile I had an amazing dance class today. The weight loss is changing me... I’m revisiting my technique prior to the whole thyroid onset 20 yrs ago that impacted my weight ... I’m loving being old in class with these young girls. I’m not necessarily wiser but I definitely feel more free and less inhibited... it feels really good... thank you FS for listening.
71.5 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
