My first time logging my weigh through the app rather than online. It’s super satisfying to have to press the “-“ sign several times to log my new weight! Loving the results!
85.5 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
