421244...pake cma pagi dong sarapanya jam sebelas...klo sore ato malemnya sesempetnya sya aja...soalnya wktu mkan tdk menentu...blum bsa konsisten....tp dlm seminggu 2x bebas sarapan dri pagi...gitu klo sya mah....nyari yg enjoy dan sesuai kebtuhan sya aja....
