十月快結束了,勉強算是有守住本月目標數字😂一直爆食真的不行,不過美食實在太療癒了,所以為了迎接美食日(?)的到來,平常日就要保持運動習慣、飲食控制(清淡),才能一直放心享(發)福又享(瘦)受啊。
39.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
