繽紛鮮蔬烤雞便當🍱只要371卡,也蠻好吃的;新感覺「草莓🍓」吐司只要175卡也好吃,巧克力跟花生吐司熱量高不推薦;關東煮「蔬菜」類,其他肉類熱量高+隱藏油脂;三角御飯糰🍙也推,一個大約200卡左右+冷飯是抗性澱粉,熱量吸收大約打8折 這些都是我減肥這3、4個月來常常吃的東西,推薦你
