Well I managed to take the pound off that I had gained due to TOM so I'm happy. Went in and had my blood drawn today so we'll see what my lipid panel is doing as a result of eating healthy!
129.3 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I haven't needed to go to the doctor in three and a half months so I haven't had my blood lipids done yet. Good luck on yours!
