It is what it is. It may be a scale difference, same office, different room but I cannot own a scale. I would become obsessive about it and thats just not mentally healthy.
Managed to avoid the Halloween candy trap but still had a binge today, it was cider instead. I'm miserable, my back hurts (but it IS better than it was), saw Doc today and the ear infection that I knew I had is so bad he looked at me sympathetically as he asked if I wanted him to write something for the pain. I still went to PT today and did everything I needed to there. I still went to the dermatologist, because rescheduling would have been a nightmare. I had chicken and peas for dinner and skipped the mac & cheese everyone else had.
