teman teman aku kan baru mulai diet kalori defisit sama HIIT cardio, menurut kalian angkat beban juga dibutuhin ga? targetku turun 5-6 kg. lemak banyak numpuk dilengan, paha, sama booty.
53 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
