Well...ain’t gonna lie. I cheated last night at work. I went to work unprepared and ate a turkey melt sandwich. But my goodness, was IT SO DELICIOUS! Haven’t had one in a very very long time. Oh well. Not a bad gain. I’m going to keep on pushing. Small set backs for some really big goals.
Baby goal is to lose 8lbs within the next 2 weeks. I can DO THIS!!!
