Along with my new weight comes a net Fat% loss of 2.5% fat 8/01/2018 19.6 % Fat 11/09/2018 17.1% Fat Fat% Range is within the 13--25% scale Fat Mass 31.21 lbs Fat Mass Range is within the 22.6--50.21 lb scale Maybe a double chocolate chip icecream on a waffle cone is in order tonight.😂

Chrisw, No icecream l ate a large juicy apple instead but one can dream@Gaelicgal add a big OH YA with the WOO HOO and then your talking...Hahaha
