這兩天體重持平,可是體脂持續⬆️⬆️⬆️,基礎代謝⬇️⬇️⬇️,不能再吃零食啦!!!要積極運動啊!!!(狂鞭),話說昨晚又嗑掉一整包小魚杏仁……理智喪失……
