1.別在讓自己亂吃了🤦🏻‍♀️晚餐吃超多零食⋯現在超後悔🤦🏻‍♀️
2.有運動可是吃的也很多
3.看看你的腿,都肥成這樣了🤦🏻‍♀️從明天開始克制嘴巴了🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
