Harus diimbangi ya.biar hasilnya juga bagus. -defisit kalori + -olahraga min 3-4 x seminggu.

Q sebulan nyoba bljr jaga pola makan mskpn msh berantakan,,tanpa olahraga cm ngurus anak ma kerjaan IRT aja,,cm turun 3 kg sbulan ini..
