150.....DAdadada!!!!! I made it! Now the trick is to keep it there and not go up as I have been doing for the past 2 months. Have a bowling luncheon today and I don't know how good I will be...........BUT if I'm bad, I'll do a couple of low days.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
