I'm trying really hard to keep it together. I have been pretty steady on the work outs, but not so consistent with my food choices.
I ran/walked 2.5 miles today (alternating every quarter mile) and rode the stationary bike 3 miles.
89.7 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
