Started diet tanggal 18 Nov. Sebenernya target turun 0,5 seminggu. Tapi segini juga gapapa sih.
55.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
