okay down again today....and have vented enough yesterday...so will keep it brief and upbeat!

another one of the fatsecret members had shared their idea of selecting a goal weight bathing suit and i thought this was a wonderful idea....so i selected mine...one that i would love to wear to match my new boat this summer. My boat has this wonderfully rich ruddy brown leather interior...so i found a washable leather bathing suit in a similar tone. I think i will order it today...will post the pic of it (not me in it..hahahaha)

73.0 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
