早上起床後的體重和體脂
MC第一天,莫名的沈重疲累⋯😓
運動紀錄:跑走跑步機一小時,外加hitt和平板支撐
目前在犒賞自己,帶著女兒晚餐中-
燙地瓜葉、滷豆干海帶還有夾女兒牛肉麵裡的小塊牛肉,
牛肉湯好喝啊!✌️✌️
