Wanted to make a new account just to start over. Because I've started and stopped so many times since creating my account beginning of this year. It just makes me depressed seeing that not only have I not lost weight in the last 10 months, but I actually gained.
At this point I should have been thinner... could have been. Life kept giving me excuses and I kept on taking them week after week and making it legit in my own mind.
I must be crazy thinking I can start something this close to Christmas. I'll start none the less. It's either starting or keep on hating myself, and the latter is getting repetitive and annoying.
