Thank you for the buddy request and good luck to you! We all fall off the wagon at times, but I've found (in my case) that if I'm really wanting something I shouldn't have, eating one moderate portion of whatever it is now and then satisfies me and it helps to keep me going. There's no way in the world we could ever go thru the rest of our lives thinking that we can never have those high-carb foods again. I mean, even when we aren't trying to watch what we eat, we'll have a piece of pie or an extra helping of mashed potatoes when we know we shouldn't. Tomorrow is always a new day! There is no "time limit" when eating low-carb is a way of life. We have forever! Just begin again :)
