No major weightloss, but my 30 Day Shred is helping me again. I finally dusted it off and went back to what worked so well for me in 2009. Eating right and Shredding at least 5 days a week. I have lost 3 inches in the hips, 2 in my waist. Forgot how great the 25 minute workout felt afterwards, especially when the results started being seen!

I have been doing Herbalife shakes for 2 meals a day during the week. Weekends get crazy so I just try to watch my food intake. I am trying to watch carbs and layoff the wasteful foods.

I am ready to bring in 2013 as a NEW ME!!!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

What are these Herbalife shakes about? I make myself a shake for breakfast every morning, but I don't know... I don't think I could have two shakes a day! Good luck!!
