早餐:COSTCO希臘式優格171克+北海道富果樂水果麥片50克+小蘋果1/2顆/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)/紅龍雞塊1塊
午餐:煮湯的豬排骨6塊
下午茶:雞蛋糕4個/多力多滋重起司口味4片
晚餐:好市多鹹豬肉披薩2片/蘿蔓生菜沙拉1/2份/蛤蠣濃湯1/3份
