Nimbang pagi hari (blm minum, sehabis pipis) saat usia kandungan 11minggu🤰🏼
(Stabil kok BBku, biasa kalau nimbang nya petang BB jadi 47-47,5kg).
46 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
