Last night I allowed myself to cheat. I ate an Ice cream sandwich and I didn't enjoy it that much. I think I end up binging because I will tell myself that eating something is going to be amazing, but it is not. So, I end up eating many different things until I found something amazing(which usually is not the case) or I am too full and disgusted with myself, that I have to stop eating. Well it is back to phase one for another week, then I get to add some yummy stuff. Really all I want back is my nuts and beans!
