Ok So Im back!!! I cant believe how much I have put this off....and how much I have put on!! I know I needed to get back on a good path when my little brother was like 'you've let yourself go!'. For someone to confirm you thoughts I real eye opener!
I lost a good amount and was feeling good! But I went away on holiday for two weeks and it literally went down hill from there!! :( I gained so much back on! I stopped working out and got into this horrible rut!! The only thing I have held onto is my vegetarianism...mainly because I am so used to not eating meat its second nature to me know. But I need help/advise! I dont know if the usual people that I was 'buddies' that motivated me are still active but help from anyone would be good! I have been meaning to get back on fatsecret as it helped me so much to watch what I eat and blog about my journey. I rejoined my gym and going after work today. I packed a good meal to eat for lunch at work ( I find working more has made me eat/snack on junk food!). anyway its really hard for me to log such a massive weight gain but I need to do this. Its now or never!

Welcome back, we've missed you! You've already taken the hardest step - reminding yourself that you need to get back on track and just doing it! Keep up the good work!

It's always better to be late than never show up to the party. So you took a detour & made your way back. Life has a way of doing that to us. Maybe the best thing to do is re-evaluate what took you in that direction. Was your diet depriving you of things you love? Either way, just small changes here & there will make refocusing & getting back on track that much easier. Good luck & welcome back = )
