不吃甜食和控制炸物好幾天
體重沒降 但體脂肪降了 感動
感謝昨天美女給的方塊酥(雖然現在還不能吃)
1/4-1/16:12天減2.4公斤
有人有喝過防彈咖啡嗎有效嗎現在我還在嘗試
