Going off of Keto for a couple of days. Haven't checked in or weighed in in awhile. Up a pound and a half. Been yo yo'ing between 283 and 286 for the past week or two. Figure go off keto but still eat healthy and double down on the cardio. This morning was the 3rd day in a row at the gym. Still glad to no longer be in the 300lb club. So still pushing forward and looking forward to hitting my goal weight. Patience with hard work is a combo that will pay off eventually. Never give up, Never give in
