早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+鮮奶100ml+大蘋果半顆
午餐:長壽素食自助餐(炒菠菜、豆芽、小白菜、枸杞葉、滷蛋、小碗紫米飯)
下午茶:去籽芭樂1/2份/垂坤海苔鬆餅3個/雞蛋糕1個
晚餐:蝦仁肉絲蛋炒飯3/4份+魯蛋1/2+煎牛五花一片
56.2 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week
