I guess the 1 pound gain was from Margaritas & Fajitas Wednesday night, that’s horse crap because I’d been so solid the whole week otherwise... Water intake could have been better, and I’ve hardly exercised. I started anxiety medication on Tuesday, I haven’t freaked out about anything work related but I don’t FEEL like exercising!
